SHIPPING POLICY & FEES

   1. Shipping Fees

$30 for the first plant + $10 for each additional plant.

The shipping fee includes:

International shipping from Vietnam to the US.

Domestic UPS 2-Day shipping within the US.

Phytosanitary Certificate (Phyto).

Packaging and packing materials.

UPS 1-Day Upgrade: +$30 per order (recommended for high-value plants).

Heat pack +$5, insulation +$5.

   2. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched 10–15 days after purchase to allow the required soil-drying/ water-cutoff period.

Dispatch may be extended upon request to allow soft new growth to mature before shipping.

We reserve the right to delay dispatch when weather conditions at the origin or destination may threaten plant health.

   3. Order Changes

Requests to add plants or hold shipments must be finalized before dispatch.

For urgent changes, please contact us directly.

   4. Transit & Carrier

Plants are packed with great care, but minor signs of transit stress, such as bent stems or leaf yellowing, may occasionally occur.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, including weekend holds, transit damage, or plant deterioration caused by the carrier.
