TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Please review the following provisions carefully prior to completing your purchase. Payment confirmation signifies full acceptance of our policies.

1. Claims & Post-Purchase Policy

  • Returns & Refunds: Orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable unless the item is subject to seller error or protected under our Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG).

  • Filing Window & Proof: Any issues must be reported within 3 hours of package delivery, accompanied by a continuous unboxing video. Submissions received beyond this period may be rejected.

  • Resolution Authority: We reserve the sole discretion to evaluate and determine the appropriate resolution for each case.

  • Plant Care Support: Guidance and instructions on post-delivery plant care remain available upon request.

2. International Shipping & Transit Risks

  • Product Nature: All items consist of live plants exported from Vietnam. Buyers acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with live plant transit.

  • Expected Transit Effects: Minor conditions—such as slight root impact, mild wilting, leaf drop, or leaf yellowing—are standard transport stress factors that plants typically recover from.

  • Documentation & Exclusions: While we assist with necessary paperwork (such as Phytosanitary Certificates), delays or damage caused by customs/carriers or adverse weather conditions are beyond our scope of liability.

3. Ordering Terms & Customer Support

  • Order Finalization: Once payment is processed, all purchases are deemed final and non-cancelable.

  • Direct Communication: Should you encounter any issues or have questions, please message us directly prior to leaving feedback so we can work together toward a resolution.
